Morning Men,
I don't even know what to say here, in fact I prob shouldn't even be making a post in the frame of mind that I am in. But, here goes.........
Pito and I have one of the best relationships that I have ever seen. I feel blessed to have such a man in my life and I will never let anything come between that.
That being said, We argue about very few things. We are very compatible in most ways and share a lot of interest. The only 2 things that we really do argue can get serious though. The first and major Stressor in our life has always been his ex wife. The drama this bitch causes is off the chart! But thats not what we are here to talk about. The second biggest stress is the site and it has caused countless arguements and sleepless nights.
As you know, I/We didn't know what we were doing and what all was involved in brining a site to live and if I had it to do all over - I wouldn't! This thing has cost Pito and I a good little bit of change but the biggest cost is the time, effort, and stress that has been involved. I was really hoping that it would ease up as we went along, but as one thing is done something else comes up. We push though every problem that comes along, but we are stuck on the very first issue. Finding talent for both behind the scenes as well as in front of the camera. We have come across a lot of people who would like to be involved especially in front of the camera and as you can guess some have not had the look that we felt we wanted to represent. Some have ended up being flaky and no shows, but most we just can't agree on. I'm not sure what the problem is however I do have a theroy that I will keep to myself.
Pito makes all the music for the video and promos and is doing an excelent job! As you know he is also the major talent for STM as well as our Public Relations and Promotions man. He has a lot of work to do and does it very well. My job(s) is site development, lighting, camera man, editor, and just general fix it and make it happen man - as well as on screen talent? Hmmmmm, lol. I don't get any sleep and spend at least 14 hours a day in front of the computer either working, doing research, or trying to figure out how to do the next thing. My life has become nothing but working on the web site and working out at the gym so I'll look good for in front of the camera. Pito and I have no time for ourselfs and find we are enjoying life a little less each day. Nothing is getting down around the house and we are spending no quality time together, we don't even make time to lay together on the couch and watch a movie.
I don't know about you, but this is working for me. I will not let a web site come between me and my man and I truely believe that if we maintian this course that that is exactly what will happen. So guys, I'm done! I've said this before but Pito has always wanted me in the scenes with him, I don't care what he says Guys. I'm not doing any more filming for a very long time. I need to stay behind the scenes running the camera and editing the vids. (Thanks for all the complements on my editing guys, really made me feel good. Thanks).
I'm leaving the talent search up to Pito as to who he wants to film and/or work with (Isn't that a professional way to say "fuck". lol). It's all on his shoulders and I think by doing this we actually might find some more on screen talent that will be a better fit plus take a little bit of pressure off of me. Of course I hold 50% of the Veto power so if you want to work for us you still have to get past me and thats not always easy. LOL
I think and hope this will take some pressure not only off of me but Pito as well and certainly off our relationship. At least for now. We will keep you posted guys.
